As a mom I feel like I am constantly seeing advertisements that seem to be aimed at my demographic. Sometimes I find that I have a few moments where no one is crying, nothing is lost and nothing is on fire. It is in these moments I will flip mindlessly through the channels I get from www.TVbyDIRECT.com. Everything out there seems to promise it will make me a better mom. I have enough pressure on me to be the perfect mom. I always feel like there are a million eyes watching my every move and they are waiting for me to slip up so they can take my precious babies away. I see these commercials with women who have perfect hair and makeup. The houses are always clean, they always prepare the best meal and the children are angels. I only have one thing to say, ?Come to my world!? Toys are scattered around, there is some weird smell coming from underneath the couch and my daughter is running around with mismatched shoes. But everyone is healthy and we like it this way.
