Being a mom is the most important thing in the world to me and that’s why I quit my job to stay home with the kids. I love being part of their lives on a more natural level and though it’s been challenging since they’ve all started going to school I really find that it’s nice to have something to do other than fold laundry and cook food. I’ve actually kind of gotten into the direc4u channels and I’ve been watching a lot more reality TV than is probably healthy for me. It’s been years since I watched so much TV though so I don’t really feel bad about it – I just wish I could get BRAVO to stop airing those stupid Housewives shows…those ladies are about as “real” as a tupee! Anyway, I’m happy my kids are enjoying school so much and that it’s possible for me to be there when they get home as well as watch them on sick days, snow days and what have you. I know they appreciate having a mom who’s available!
